They changed the repositories, please change the installation procedure to this:
git clone https://github.com/alanxz/rabbitmq-c
cd rabbitmq-c/
git clone http://hg.rabbitmq.com/rabbitmq-codegen/
autoreconf -i && ./configure && make && sudo make install
