IMPORTAN NOTE for all newby!!!
Before session_start() !
you must set session_cache_limiter()
in the value public, private_no_expire or private,
otherwise the standard session will be send headers 1981year (nocache)
and you will be very long to find someone sends headers!
Maybe this will help, because not find the headers are sent in the browser
