if you are writing a huge data in csv file , it terminates and all results does't show up..
in this case just increase the php temp memory like this:
$fp = @fopen('php://temp/maxmemory:'. (5*1024*1024), 'w+');
header('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="export.csv"');
header('Content-Description: File Transfer');
header('Content-Type: text/csv');
header('Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary');
