note 120314 added to timezones.asia

Asia/Atyrau Asia/Famagusta Europe/Saratov These three timezone_ids are not exist anymore. It will not be returned in DateTimeZone::listIdentifiers() or DateTimeZone::listIdentifiers() functions. it is mentioned in website. Please remove it from website list. Also, In timezone_abbreviations_list(), there is only abbreviation of timezone, it will be convenient to provide full form along with abbreviation.
