if you do this on win32 machines
$fp=@fopen("ftp://ftp.subjective.de/wsbeta/wsbeta.zip","r");
if ($fp) {
echo "The file exists!";
} else {
echo "The file does not exist!";
}
the script says the file does not exist.
but if you do the exact same script on a linux machine it works!
i think its because the winsock dll isnt waiting for further statements of the apache module.
dont know exactly what the heck is going on.
just use linux server and all is fine ;-)
