note 123283 added to function.error-reporting

Hey! Whenever something wrong in your printer, then I have no idea about the particular problem and errors. The HP printer in error state same as unknown error of normal printer error. When we go to the Print command then this error generated. I have no idea about that this problem exactly Windows 10 or HP Printer.
