I'm implementing the replacement for PSR which is now depreciated and obsolete.
This includes advanced multi-stage common autoloaders that are able to include for development
environments on the fly incorporation of either C or Zephir code files as well as PHP Next (stuff
missing from PHP such a differentiation between PHP code/class inclusion files and template files,
generics, type hinting for all possible cases of variable definition, etc).
The fallback has Zephir compile to PHP though that doesn't do for C nor does it provide the
performance gains. That also includes the possibility of having PHP to C for a restricted subset of
PHP.
The autoloader for a dev environment is able to compile and load extensions on the fly (but yes,
also caching because firing up GCC, etc isn't cheap).
In the meantime what I can do is always load an initial extension restoring the missing
functionality but it's a lot of work.
