Following the installation steps second line of Example #3 resulted in an error:
ERROR ( message:Cannot find SITE object with identifier
"path='*.php',verb='*',modules='FastCgiModule',scriptProcessor='(path-to-PHP)\php-cgi.exe',resourceType='Either']".
)
Apparently there is an extra space before the ,path='*.php' that must be removed.
Thanks
