DO NOT FORGET to add "index.php" into
<IfModule mod_dir.c>
DirectoryIndex index.html
</IfModule>
so you get index.php processed;multiple values separate by space:
<IfModule mod_dir.c>
DirectoryIndex index.html index.php
</IfModule>
