In response to nathandehert and Paul Cook, rather than sudoing to execute a command, you might want
to abstract the command(s) into a yet another script (php, perl, bash, whatever) and make use of the
setuid bit. then just execute that script from php. of course, bear in mind the security
implications of setuid.
