After testing over and over, the include function, does not execute executables. Meaning, I tried
including a cgi script. What I ended up with was the contence of the cgi in the browser, verses the
output it was supposed to create. Calling the cgi directly in the browser, and everything is ok. So,
cgi is properly configured, however, php isn't executing the executable, rather reading it to
the stream. A read draw back, especially when you need it.....
