note 124047 added to migration72.incompatible

The change in 7.2 to count() to throw an E_WARNING when the item is not countable means that every use of count() has to be reviewed and some of them changed. I submit that it would have been better to throw an E_NOTICE, which would prevent this need. The problem is that many times the parameter to count() in our code can be null. We have error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE, and don't feel a change to that is a good idea.
