FYI: massive speeeeed-problems using include with IIS
While changing our server configuration from using Apache to using IIS, we encountered tremendous
speed-problems with include-statements.
These speed-problems resultet in a 404 several times, after the whole document was displayed
correctly.
The cause for this phenomenon seemed to be the include itself.
At least we found, that IIS had problems with the PHP-Process before sending out HTTP-Headers. We
don't know why yet but we know, that a simple carriage-return/line-feed in the master-document
solved the whole thing.
maybe that helps. and thank's to the php-community for supporting us in several other
scenarios.
Greetings from Benztown ;)
