Windows XP (IIS) users: (Unable to fork Problem)
If you receive something like:
Warning: passthru() [function.passthru]: Unable to fork [dir] in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ping.php on
line X
1. Copy CMD.EXE file from the Windows\System32\ folder to your PHP directory (c:\PHP\).
