note 17040 added to ref.sockets

I have tried to run the socket-server examples in my server and it does not work. I run a PHP 4.0.6 with the following configuration: './configure' '--with-apxs=/usr/local/test_apache/bin/apxs' '--enable-apc' '--with-mysql=/data/soft/mysql' '--enable-force-cgi-redirect' '--enable-trans-sid' '--with-gd=/usr/local' '--enable-gd-native-ttf' '--with-png-dir=/usr/lib' '--without-gif' '--with-zlib-dir=/usr/lib' '--with-jpeg-dir=/data/soft/jpeg-6b' '--with-swf=/data/soft/dist/' '--enable-memory-limit' '--enable-sockets' But it does not work.
