note 124135 deleted from function.imagewebp by cmb

Note Submitter: dror dot sofer at gmail dot com ---- The function guide states that the imagewebp is available in (PHP 5 >= 5.4.0, PHP 7). But other places in the documentation state that it was added to GD in php 5.5 I checked the supported formats of GD in 5.4.45 and gd does not show support. -array(12) { ["GD Version"]=> string(26) "bundled (2.1.0 compatible)" ["FreeType Support"]=> bool(true) ["FreeType Linkage"]=> string(13) "with freetype" ["T1Lib Support"]=> bool(false) ["GIF Read Support"]=> bool(true) ["GIF Create Support"]=> bool(true) ["JPEG Support"]=> bool(true) ["PNG Support"]=> bool(true) ["WBMP Support"]=> bool(true) ["XPM Support"]=> bool(true) ["XBM Support"]=> bool(true) ["JIS-mapped Japanese Font Support"]=> bool(false) }
