If you want the change NLS_LANG (e.g.: NLS_LANG="FRENCH_FRANCE.WE8ISO8859P1") don't
forget to also set LC_ALL and LANG (e.g.: LC_ALL=french and LANG=french) else you'll have a
ORA-01756 when you try to call ocilogon.
