Another broken/useless?? function in PHP.
It is impossible to make it behave correctly when your keys are strings but can be casted to
integers.
php > $b = ['100' => null];
php > $a = ['100' => 'test'];
php > $c = array_merge($b, $a);
php > print_r($c);
Array
(
[0] =>
[1] => test
)
