It seems that nowadays libxml2 can also be installed in /usr/include/libxml2/libxml/
As PHP4.0.6 looks for /usr/include/libxml/ when you configure it with the option --with-dom=/usr,
things will not work until you symlink /usr/include/libxml2/libxml/ to /usr/include/libxml so that
PHP can find it.
