About note of "bimal at sanjaal dot com": what's the point of your advice? Why
can't you write:
include $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']."/config.php";
instead of your example:
define('__ROOT__', dirname(dirname(__FILE__)));
require_once(__ROOT__.'/config.php');
?????
