To enable and get working CURL and SQLITE3 on Windows with PHP 7.4
httpd.conf:
# load PHP 7.4 on Windows
LoadModule "${SRVROOT}/php/php7apache2_4.dll"
# make CURL enabled on Windows
LoadModule "${SRVROOT}/php/libssh2.dll"
# make SQLITE3 enabled on Windows
LoadModule "${SRVROOT}/php/libsqlite3.dll"
php.ini:
extension=curl
extension=pdo_sqlite
extension=sqlite3
Now CURL and SQLITE3 are enabled and working fine on Windows with PHP 7.4.
