note 124595 added to function.mime-content-type

On Windows, PHP 7.0.30 gave the error message "Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mime_content_type()". I saw the following interesting line in my Apache configuration: #LoadModule mime_magic_module modules/mod_mime_magic.so so I tried uncommenting it and restarting the Apache service, but still got the same error. A Web search shows that this function is deprecated. It appears to have been removed from PHP.
