Since php 7.4 'allow_url_include' shows an error:
Deprecated: Directive 'allow_url_include' is deprecated in Unknown on line 0
and ini_get always returns false, even if you activate it in php.ini.

?>
The big unsolved question is, how we can handle allow_url_include in php 7.4 and above.
