Hey, I'm having a problem with making files uploaded by users available to all users.
ie. a user uploads hello.jpg, but no one can open it. The error being returned by apache is:
"Server error!
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. The server is
either overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.
If you think this is a server error, please contact the Webmaster
Error 32545"
I am quite sure that the problem isn't in how I call hello.jpg from my php script, because I
can't access the file even if I try to hit it via http://127.0.0.1/uploads/hello.jpg. The server is
being hosted locally, it is an apache server.
Any help/suggestions? I'd assuse it has something to do with my Apache set up, but figured I
would try here first. Thanks
