The regular expression is not quite right as I testing. The number 20.00000509 which not match /^[+-]?[0]*[1-9]*[.]?[0-9]*$/ will pass the bcmatch format. I think reference to source in the php_str2num function will be better. It is more like /^[+-]?(0|[1-9][0-9]*)[.]?[0-9]*$/ to me. https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/master/ext/bcmath/bcmath.c ---- Server IP: 45.112.84.4 Probable Submitter: 45.112.85.242 (proxied: 1.200.75.218) ---- Manual Page -- https://php.net/manual/en/intro.bc.php Edit -- https://main.php.net/note/edit/126055 Del: integrated -- https://main.php.net/note/delete/126055/integrated Del: useless -- https://main.php.net/note/delete/126055/useless Del: bad code -- https://main.php.net/note/delete/126055/bad+code Del: spam -- https://main.php.net/note/delete/126055/spam Del: non-english -- https://main.php.net/note/delete/126055/non-english Del: in docs -- https://main.php.net/note/delete/126055/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://main.php.net/note/delete/126055 Reject -- https://main.php.net/note/reject/126055 Search -- https://main.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
