note 126264 added to simplexmlelement.getname

Hi there. I'm not really a programmer, but I have done automation work for the field I am in using a few different languages. I'm new to PHP now, and found this site while reading through a coworker's code and researching anything I wasn't familiar with. As best I can guess the output from Example #1 is somehow based on the content of example.php, which was included into this code. However that's a complete guess on my part, and so I'm not sure this example really helps me at all.
