note 126420 added to function.mb-stripos

Please be aware that this specific function requires the mbstring module to be installed! If this module is not installed, the function won't work. This in contrast to the functions mb_strlen, mb_strpos, mb_strrpos, and mb_substr which have a fallback implementation in PHP.
