In order to make <b>session_destroy()</b> work, you must first invoke
<b>session_start()</b>. Doing this will activate the current session so that it can be
destroyed. It will remove the cookie (i.e. disabling the use of the browser back button to view
cached pages) as well as the active session. A new call to <b>session_start()</b> will
begin a new session.
