I tried to connect to an ldaps but (as told in some other comments) it doesn't work as it
should.
Creating the file C:\OpenLDAP\sysconf\ldap.conf didn't do the job.
Following the instructions found there : https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=48866
I created the C:\ldap.conf file (with "TLS_REQCERT never" inside) and it did the job !
I'm using php 7.4.8
