In PHP 8.1 strftime is deprecated, but IntlDateFormatter gives different results.
en_US => strftime() = '02/13/2022', IntlDateFormatter SHORT = '2/13/22',
IntDateFormatter MEDIUM = 'Feb 13, 2022'
de_DE => strftime() = '13.02.2022', IntlDateFormatter SHORT = '13.02.22',
IntDateFormatter MEDIUM = '13.02.2022'
nl_NL => strftime() = '13-02-22', IntlDateFormatter SHORT = '13-02-2022',
IntDateFormatter MEDIUM = '13 feb. 2022'
How do I always get a clean date with full year?
