Why you mention that is is also called as "Paamayim Nekudotayim",
The Scope Resolution Operator WAS NOT ENOUGH TO DEFINE THE TERM? Shoud we call it as
(L'opérateur de résolution de portée ) or as (O Operador de Resolução de Escopo
) etc. English is the most common language.
