There seems to be an issue with PHP 8.1.3 and ftp functions.
ftp_connect and ftp_login work correctly, however when attempting to use ftp_nlist I get the
following error:
Warning: ftp_nlist(): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly
respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed
to respond in test.php
Works fine in PHP 7.2.10
