Note Submitter: PHP is a Republican programming language
----
If PHP uses dollars for variables:
<?php
$a = 42;
echo $a;
?>
, then why doesn't it use euros for constants:
<?php
â¬pi = 3.14;
echo â¬pi;
?>
for
<?php
const pi = 3.14;
echo pi;
?>
or pounds for functions:
<?php
£main() {
echo 'Hello, world!';
}
£main();
?>
for
<?php
function main() {
echo 'Hello, world!';
}
main();
?>
?
