a file field from a form aka
<input type="file" name="myFile">
Gives you for bits of information pertaining to the file being copied over that you can check for in
php.
$myFile_size, $myfile_name, $myfile_type, $myfile_?
Can't remember that last one.. but there are four.
With those you can verify file types before they write to the filesystem.
Very useful to know.
