note 17401 added to function.next

I think everyone is missing the use of this function, it is easier to use an incrementor when looping through array to work through it. The "Next" function is more of a function to step through array as your work throught the a page of code. -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.next.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+17401 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+17401 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+17401
