When dealing with mail headers "\n" and "\r\n" *sometimes* makes a big
difference.
Once our CentOs servers got re-installed, all headers like:
$headers = "MIME-Version: 1.0\r\n";
$headers.= "Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\r\n";
...
became part of message body instead of headers
I was able to fixed this by replacing "\r\n" with just "\n"
