PostgreSQL 7.1 works Ok with 7.0 libpq mostly. However, 7.0 libpq (and probably older) will have
problems when tuple is larger than compiled in page size. It works, but it gives error/warning
occasionaly. This is more appearent when transaction is used.
BTW, 7.1 is much faster than 7.0.3. (at least for my usage :)
