Be carefull with weekdays names
<?php echo date('r',strtotime("Thursday 01:15")), "\n"; ?>
returns something like "Thu, 17 Mar 2016 01:15:00 +0200"
but
<?php echo date('r',strtotime("Thursdays 01:15")), "\n"; ?>
returns "Thu, 17 Mar 2016 09:15:00 +0200".
So "s" at end mean "+8 hours".
