Using PHP/IIS you could do some troubleshooting with the following: When nothing seems to happen turn magic_quotes_gpc to OFF. Eventually I turned this ON again and still works. I have set the php.ini-tempdir to c:/temp/ but now it also works using NO temp-dir at all: tem_dir = ; (it is set to default by PHP). And last but not least in your script setting filename to for instance EXAMPLE without a path in front it gets uploaded to the directory where your script is. Eventually no settings with rights have to be done. Your standerd IUSR-rights are enough to put an upload next to where your script is. Mark
