Pay close attention to the note that file() is almost IDENTICAL to readfile().<p>
file() follows the same rules, meaning you can open a LOCAL file, an FTP file as well as a HTTP file
- BUT the beauty of file() is that you can shuve your crap into an array as well as one long string
and edit via loops as needed.
<p>
A conneciton will be established depending on what the leading information is for your file.
<p>
Kind'a didn't do the RTFM, and had to go back and re-read readfile() to figure out that
you can open files locally as well! ;-)
