extended time() function adding microseconds to Unix Timestamp:
float utime(void);
function utime()
{
$t=microtime();
$t=((double)strstr($t, ' ')+
(double)substr($t,0,strpos($t,' ')));
return $t;
}
ex:
$time = utime();
$time equals 984256845.854455
warning: doesn't work on Win32 system (see microtime() function)
