Would anybody happen to know why, in the example in the manual (above):
$lastday = mktime (0,0,0,3,0,2000);
echo strftime ("Last day in Feb 2000 is: %d", $lastday);
a result of 28 appears for me rather than 29? This happens on any month I try it on: it always
results in one day less than is accurate. Is it a bug, or is there something wrong with my system?
