It should be noted that when you pass a file variable, by either POST or GET, through a form that
you SHOULD NOT use HTTP_GET_VARS or HTTP_POST_VARS. That will wipe out any value in the variable and
cause major headaches with GetImageSize.
In my original code I had
$image = HTTP_POST_VARS['image'];
which I normally use to reassure the values of passed variables and it had me messed up for days
trying to figure out why the file wasn't testing or uploading.
