note 17493 added to function.gmp-init

Starting with version 4.1.0, this function seems broken. Having checked the changelog/press release for 4.1.0, there was mention of an <u>optional</u> argument to gmp_init(). One that I do not use. And code that worked in 4.0.6 does not work with 4.1.0 (no other changes other than upgrading to the new PHP).
