The manual suggests that you should use the predefined variable $PHP_SELF for the <FORM
ACTION="$PHP_SELF"> attribute.
For the CGI installation of PHP on Win32 (Apache), it is better to use $PATH_INFO so your URLs do
not get weird. Here are the values on NT + Apache. If I use $PHP_SELF in a <FORM> tag, then
I get the extra path information. This cannot be fixed by changing the Apache httpd.conf file.
This is why I suggest using the $PATH_INFO.
$PHP_SELF: /php/php.exe/forms/Test.php
$PATH_INFO: /forms/Test.php
$SCRIPT_NAME: /php/php.exe
