Today, I was attempting to pull a timestamp from a time stored in an M$ Access database. The
database was set up to just record time (it was a bus schedule). As a result, Access was storing
the DATE portion (of the time) as 12/30/1899 ... this seemed to cause a problem with strtotime.
After switching the DATE portion to 1/1/01 of each of the records, strtotime worked flawlessly.
