i guess strtotime() is somehow broken in php 4.0.6.
for example:
echo date("Y-m-d H-i-s", strtotime("Tue Aug 21 04:36:50 2001 UTC"));
returns "1970-01-01 01-59-59".
with 4.0.4pl1 it behaves correctly, changes the timezone etc.
4.0.4pl1 output: "2001-08-21 07-36-50"
in 4.0.6 it's rather easy to fix with a little preg_replacing, but it sure looks like a bug to
me.
