1. 2^31 seconds since 1jan1970 is sometime 2038 -- this is kind of like the "billenium
bug," which is why mktime/dates get screwy after then.
2. $ofst=strtotime("-62 years",now) yields -64801, but same using -63 years results in
2145848400. WHY?
