PROBLEM -- NOTE ABOUT SPACES:
A lot of people use something like $TextAreaFormatted = str_replace( "
"," ",$String ).
This will NOT work totally correctly because MSIE does not know how to do word-wraps (in tables
& textareas) on the " " (or  ) -- it only knows how to do wraps on
" " ( ).
SOLUTION:
Since browsers preserve the first space, just alter a sequence of 2+ characters and it will preserve
the formatting, ex:
$TextAreaFormatted = str_replace( " "." ","
"." ",$String )
