Help. I have used <br>
$trans = get_html_translation_table (HTML_ENTITIES);<br>
with line break, and "a href" translations. This makes it easy to format a news letter
that can be sent from a HTML form with links.<br>
The problem is that sometimes it puts and exclamation mark at unusual places. Is anyone having the
same problem?<br>
How do I stop IE from URL encoding the quotes as much as I have added slashes to whatever is sent
from the form?
